Since all our products are digital assets, there are no physical shipments involved. Please read this Digital Delivery Policy carefully to understand how and when you will receive your purchased files.
1. Instant Delivery
All products on ClickyAsset.com are delivered digitally.
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive:

An instant download link on the checkout page, and/or

A confirmation email with a secure download link.
Delivery is usually instant, but in some cases, it may take up to 10–15 minutes depending on your payment method or internet connection.
2. Accessing Your Files
After purchasing:

You can download your files immediately from the confirmation page.

A backup download link will also be sent to your registered email address.

Please ensure you enter a valid and accessible email during checkout.
If you face any issue accessing your product, contact us at support@clickyasset.com — we’ll resend the download link promptly.
3. No Physical Shipping
Because all our products are digital downloads, no physical product will be shipped to you.
You will not receive any CD, USB, or printed material.
4. Download Expiry & Backup
We recommend downloading your files immediately after purchase and keeping a backup copy.
Download links may expire or be limited for security reasons.
5. Failed Downloads or Corrupted Files
If your download fails or a file appears corrupted, contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@clickyasset.com.
We’ll help you re-access or replace the product at no extra cost.
6. Refund Policy
Please note that because our products are digital, all sales are final and non-refundable, as stated in our Terms & Conditions.
However, we’ll always assist you in case of technical delivery issues.
